I am a Den Mother in Cub Scouts and Ben will soon be in cub scouts. The Cub Scout Blue and Gold Banquet was last week and Ben and Chad were suppose to decorate a cake for the banquet. Chad and Ben did an awesome job with the cake! We had to make the cake over the course of a couple of days. One night Chad made the astronaut and alien. Ben made the rocket. I made the fondant and the cake, but all the decorating was left up to Chad and Ben. Normally decorating cakes in my area of expertise. It was hard not to get involved. Obviously there was no need for me to get involved. Chad very much impressed me.
